This summer has been unusual than most summers. Usually during summertime I’m trying new recipes, experimenting with different jewelry pieces, basically just having experimenting fun. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been glued (literally) to this new course I’m taking on Creative Live taught by a online mentor of mine, Megan Auman and taking a stab at refining my business strategies to better focus my jewelry business. Most of my time has been occupied doing homework, but I did manage to sneak in this recipe over the weekend that I found on Pinterest.
I bought some noor dates from the Farmer’s Table a week ago with the idea of finding a yummy dessert. Thanks to the Minimalist Baker , I decided to try her recipe for Caramel Peanut Butter Truffles and I must say there are only two left in the freezer and it’s only Monday. I even add sliced strawberries mixed in a little vanilla on the side. Writing this is making me want another one.
